CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND REQUIREMENTS
You may enter up to two works in the Kenilworth Art Competition
Entry fee is $45 each entry.
1. Entries are 2D paintings or artwork. Photography cannot be entered.
2. Entry form must be completed and submitted by the entrant and fees paid.
3. Each item must be clearly marked with title, medium, entrant’s name, address, phone number and retail price.
4. Entries close at midnight on 1st March 2022. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. High resolution images of artwork must be submitted with entry and uploaded via ArtsCall submission process. The image must be 300dpi and no larger than 4MB. JPG, PNG accepted. Minimum image dimension - 960px. Maximum image dimension - 1920px
6. Entries must be the original work of the entrant, completed within the last 12 months and must not have been awarded a prize in any other competition.
7. To be selected for the Encouragement Award, artists must nominate this category on the submission form.
8. KAC reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, not to display an entry. All other entries complying with the conditions will be shown and judged.
9. Winners will be notified on 11th March 2022.
10. All entries must be for sale. KAC retains 25% commission on all sales. Shipping is the responsibility of the seller and buyer and not included in the sale price.
13. Entrants are responsible, both financially and logistically, for the delivery of their work, including freight, postage and insurance costs to the buyers and are expected to liaise with the buyer to facilitate its delivery. Commissions will not be paid until delivery is finalised.
14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
