The painting was inspired when I a magnificent Jabiru flew up in front of me at Lake Weyba. The scene reminded me both of the wonder of nature and how all elements in our environment are in a synergy . As I dreamed that night the work came to me and I then painted my vision in a complex arrangement which symbolises the lake, the wildlife , the underwater elements and my joy at seeing this event.
